Born in Segovia on April 11, 1945, into a practicing Catholic family, I have had a deep religious curiosity since childhood, fostered by the Marist Brothers with whom I studied my first letters and whom I fondly remember. At the age of 10, I was sent to Comillas because I wanted to be a priest and ended up joining the Jesuits, entering the novitiate after finishing high school. Before starting Theology, I decided to change the course of my life, studied Philosophy and Psychology, and entered the business world in the area of Human Resources. I have lived and continue to live marked by the Jesuit education I received, and although during my professional life my religious curiosity diminished significantly, the desire to question and clarify all my beliefs was always present. With my early retirement and the help of María Ángeles, with whom I share two children and three grandchildren, I returned to what I believe is the right path of helping and serving others, within my human limitations. Fe Adulta has been and continues to be a wonderful opportunity to contribute my small grain of sand.
