Upcoming changes will be made to the statutes reproduced below, establishing that participation in the association requires acceptance of free and unrestricted access among all its members.
This clause will be added so that all members can promptly know the data of other members, communicate directly with each other and create small groups or communities based on geographical proximity or affinity of interests.
