The buyer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of their order in the case of a physical product without need for justification. In the case of a virtual product, such as enrollment in a course, there is also a period of 14 calendar days.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal declaration (a letter sent by postal mail, fax or email) addressed to calle Paulo Coelho, 10, 1ºA, 45200 Illescas, Toledo, or our email address info@feadulta.com.
In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including initial shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest ordinary delivery method we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out this refund using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly arranged otherwise. However, we inform you that under the provisions of article 107.3 of Royal Decree-Law 1/2007, we will retain the refund amount until we have received the goods or the buyer sends us sufficient proof of their return. We inform you that as provided in section 108.1 of Royal Decree-Law 1/2007, when the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Buyer will only bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Finally, EDICIONES FEADULTA.COM informs you that in accordance with the provisions of article 103.c.d.e) of Royal Decree-Law 1/2007, the Right of Withdrawal shall not apply to:
1. a) The supply of goods made according to consumer and user specifications or clearly personalized.
2. b) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
3. c) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene protection reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
4. d) The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
5. e) The supply of daily press, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.
6. f) The supply of digital content that is not provided on a physical medium when execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with their knowledge that consequently they lose their right of withdrawal.
In this sense, the buyer acknowledges and accepts that the start of downloading an “eBook”, the enjoyment of a “course or online or in-person seminar” implies the impossibility of exercising the right of withdrawal.
If for reasons such as illness, the buyer cannot enjoy the in-person course purchased, EDICIONES FEADULTA.COM would facilitate them to attend the next call without cost.
